Run a Free Citation Scan
Log into the Citation Tracker at app.napally.com and enter your client's business name, address, and phone number. No credit card required. The scan runs across 200+ directories in under 60 seconds, returning a full Citation Health Report with scores, directory-by-directory results, and a competitor gap analysis.
Five free scans per week are included for all agencies. Need more? Purchase credit bundles from $29 — credits never expire.
Read Your Citation Health Report
The report generates a Citation Health Score (0–100) built from four weighted sub-scores:
- Presence (30%) — how many key directories list your client
- Consistency (40%) — NAP accuracy field-by-field across all listings
- Authority (20%) — domain authority weighting of the directories found
- Freshness (10%) — how recently listings were updated or verified
Each directory result shows NAP match status (colour-coded), duplicate flags, and competitor gap analysis. Reports are downloadable and shareable with clients.
Order Citation Building
From any report, click 'Fix with NAPally'. This triggers a workflow discovery call booking. Before any building begins, NAPally reviews the report, maps your agency's existing citation workflow, and configures a bespoke fulfillment process specifically for your team.
During this call, you set the canonical NAP, agree on preferred directories, choose your credential delivery method, and confirm turnaround expectations. The output is a written workflow brief used by the fulfillment team for every order from your agency.

NAPally's hybrid fulfillment team builds every citation. API-driven submissions handle Tier 1 directories — Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Maps, Facebook, and Foursquare — with confirmations within 24–48 hours.
All remaining directories are built manually by our trained Ghana-based team to NAPally's quality standards. Login credentials are delivered to your agency for every listing built. A QA report confirms every live citation. Any citation not confirmed live within the agreed window is resubmitted at no cost.
